NOTICE :
SpectraLinQ consists of an Enterprise Application, mobile application and wound management backend.
SpectraLinQ is designed and developed as a software application intended for use by healthcare professionals in clinical settings to capture digital images of patient wounds and track wound progression over time. The software integrates with a patient-facing mobile application and a cloud-based platform to facilitate data collection, storage and trending data.
Additionally, it allows providers to document their own wound assessments and findings directly within the platform, Reports can be created with findings, image annotations, trends and provider interpretations, which can be securely shared across the platform’s network. The software does not provide diagnostic or therapeutic recommendations but serves as an adjunct tool to assist clinicians in monitoring and managing wound care.
The use of SpectraLinQ including any services provided (“Services”) is governed by this Terms of Use.
PRIVACY POLICY
THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS DESIGNED TO DESCRIBE OUR PRACTICES REGARDING THE COLLECTION, STORAGE AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. ie. INFORMATION WHICH BY ITSELF OR WHEN COMBINED WITH OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION, CAN BE USED TO IDENTIFY, LOCATE OR CONTACT AN INDIVIDUAL.
YOU SHOULD READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE PROVISIONS STATED IN THIS POLICY, YOU SHOULD NOT INSTALL THE SPECTRALINQTM OR IF YOU HAVE INSTALLED THE SAME, TO UNINSTALL THE SOFTWARE IMMEDIATELY AND NOTIFY YOUR PHYSICIAN.
1. COMMITMENT.
We are committed to the protection and safe-keeping of all our users’ personal information and will take all reasonable steps in the storage, use and transfer of your personal information whenever required. Any information which does not have your personal information will be considered as anonymised data.
Please note that while we will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, the use of any digital device eg. mobile phone or tablet, including email is not absolutely secured. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password, where required, to access your user account as well as your personal email and digital devices. We are not responsible for any unauthorised access or disclosure of your personal information arising from your negligence in or improper conduct relating to the security or your use of your username, password, email and/or digital devices.
2. SHARING AND TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Please note that for us to provide you with the various services, we would need to share and transfer your personal information to our business partners and associates where required. We may also be required to share your personal information and data collected using SpectraLinQ with your insurers, medical practitioners and such other third parties where so required. We will, where possible, seek your prior consent and approval before sharing your personal information and data with your insurers, medical practitioners and such other third parties where so required UNLESS such requirements to share your personal information and personal data are mandated by the applicable laws or the use of SpectraLinQ is mandated by your physician.
If you are not agreeable for us to share your personal information and data, where so required, with
i. our business partners and associates; or
ii. your insurers, medical practitioners and such other third parties
you should not use SpectraLinQ.
If you have installed SpectraLinQ on your mobile device, you should uninstall the same immediately and notify your physician.
3. MINOR.
If you are not an adult under the laws of the country of your citizenship, you MUST seek your parents approval before you use SpectraLinQ. Your parents’ or Guardian’s approval and consent is required for the creation of your User Account and consent to the Terms of Use before you may install SpectraLinQ on your device and use any of the Services provided therein.
4. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BY US.
SpectraLinQ is designed to securely upload the photos you have taken using your mobile device at home. The photos will be uploaded into your medical case file maintained by your physician. Your physician will then review the photos as part of your treatment protocol.
5. USE OF ANONYMISED DATA.
All anonymised images and information captured by your use of SpectraLinQ will be used by us and our business partners and associates for our own purpose in providing better and more appropriate service to our users including yourself. However, we will remove all your personal information from such data before we transfer or share the anonymised data with our business partners and associates in our efforts to upgrade and update SpectraLinQ.
6. REVOCATION OR AMENDMENTS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
You may via email, if registered with us, or through written notifications, request or notify us of the following matters :-
6.1 change of your personal information eg. change of telephone number, email etc.; or
6.2 withdrawal of your consent to the sharing, storage or transfer of your personal information.
Please note that we will agree your request for change of personal information and/or withdrawal of your consent to the sharing, storage or transfer of your personal information where such change or withdrawal WILL NOT PREVENT or IMPEDE the provision of medical care by your physician. Additionally, such change shall not prevent or impede us, our business partners or associates :-
i. from providing you with the requisite Services; or
ii. to properly and securely manage your User Account.
Where your change of personal information or withdrawal of your consent to the sharing, storage or transfer of your personal information will, in our absolute discretion prevent, disrupt or impede your physician in providing medical care to you or our or our business partners and associates ability to properly manage or administer your user account or provide you with the requisite services, we will require you to IMMEDIATELY cease to use SpectraLinQ and we will have to notify your physician accordingly. In the meantime, depending on the situation, we may disable your access to your user account including all and any ancillary services.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
The terms and conditions as provided in this Privacy Policy is subject to periodic revision and/or amendment. A copy of this Privacy Policy can be found on our website www.ultragreen.ai and any changes to this policy will be reflected on our website as soon as possible.
All changes to this policy will take effect from the date such revised version is posted on our website.
Should you disagree or not accept any the terms and conditions as set out in this policy including any revisions hereto, you should IMMEDIATELY stop using SpectraLinQ and notify us of your decision in writing immediately.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR CONTINUED USE OF SPECTRALINQTM AFTER ANY REVISED VERSION IS POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE SHALL MEAN YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
